Using the site

• Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to it.
• Do not submit false booking, enquiry or event-registration details.
• Guest-area accounts are personal to you; keep your login details secure.

Accuracy of content

We work to keep room descriptions, facilities, prices and event listings accurate and current. Availability and live pricing are confirmed by our booking system at the point of booking, and that confirmation prevails over any figure shown on a page. Event line-ups and timings can change.

Third-party links and services

This site links to third parties including our booking system, ticketing partners and venue websites such as Hot Toddy's. We are not responsible for the content or terms of those third-party services.

Intellectual property

The Urban Nomad name, logo, photography and site content belong to Urban Nomad or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Governing law

Stays in Sydney are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia. Stays in Camden are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
